  • Medical certificate for offshore diving from UK:The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) certificate of medical fitness to dive for the purposes of regulation 12(1)(b) of the Diving at Work Regulations (DWR).
  • Medical certificate for offshore diving from Nederlands:Medical Certificate in accordance Article 6.14a. Occupational health medical examination in Decree of 15 January 1997, including provisions in the interest of health, safety and welfare in connection with work (Working Conditions Decree)
